Jay Surgent, who is representing Chrisley, 55, told TMZ Wednesday that the reality star isn't earning any money while he's serving his prison sentence in his 2022 bank fraud and tax evasion conviction. He made a slew of accusations against her, including that she stole thousands of dollars from the GDOR evidence room, went to Disneyland on the taxpayers' dime, and generated false case numbers to illegally run the plates of his and family members' vehicles. Georgia Department of Revenue investigator Amy Doherty-Heinze (seen) sued Todd for defamation in July 2021, after she claimed that he accused her of 'a multitude of crimes and wrongdoing' on his podcast and social media accounts
