Today show cohost Dylan Dreyer revealed that she and her family have a Thanksgiving “rehearsal” because her husband, Brian Fichera, gets “anxious” about making sure the holiday is perfect. Meanwhile, Dylan shared that her approach to the holiday has slightly changed after their son Calvin, 7, was diagnosed with celiac disease in 2023.
