Millions of Brits have all issued the same complaint after Storm Lilian disrupted numerous areas across England and Wales on Thursday night. Around 1,000 homes in Lancashire and hundreds in Great Manchester and Chesterfield have been affected by power cuts, according to Electricity North West.
