Tina Knowles Says Daughter Solange Was 'Conceived on the Nile in Egypt'
Tina Knowles-Lawson revealed that her younger daughter Solange was conceived on the Nile in Egypt. Knowles-Lawson is also mother to Beyoncé, 42.
