Entertainment reporter Peter Ford described the moment as “startling” during a segment on Australian breakfast show Sunrise, adding, “It’s not what you expect at a Tina Arena concert. “Back in my day, you wouldn’t leave to go to the toilet unless you were sh—ing your pants,” Arena said from the stage, drawing gasps and laughs from the crowd.
