Timothee Chalamet slips into shoes of a young Bob Dylan for another day of shooting on musical drama A Complete Unknown in New York City.
Mangold, who previously directed and co-wrote the Johnnie Cash biopic Walk The Line with Joaquin Phoenix as the Man In Black, no only has the complete support of the real Bob Dylan, he also got to meet with him several times to pick his brain to help formulate the story. The cast for A Complete Unknown also stars Elle Fanning (Sylvie Russo), Monica Barbaro (Joan Baez), Nick Offerman (Alan Lomax )and Boyd Holbrook (Johnny Cash), Edward Norton (Pete Seeger) and P. J. Byrne (Harold Leventhal). Directed by James Mangold, who's working from a screenplay he co-wrote with Jay Cocks, the filmmaker maintains the 'movie isn't really a Bob Dylan biopic', due to it being focused on a period of the singer-songwriter's life, according to Rolling Stone
