Inthe A Complete Unknown trailer, Timotheé Chalamet’s Bob Dylan faces the pressure to define himself as his music career reaches stratospheric heights. Elle Fanning stars as Dylan’s girlfriend Sylvie Russo, Monica Barbaro as Joan Baez, Edward Norton as folk legend Pete Seeger, and Boyd Holbrook as Johnny Cash. The film’s director James Mangold( Walk the Line, Ford v Ferrari) has previously defined A Complete Unknown as an ensemble piece, rather than a Dylan biopic, in order to demonstrate the folk musician’s layered personality.
