Their cuteness draws in collectors, as they can find a plethora of movie characters and cartoons turned into figurines that are perfectly sized to sit on a desk or shelf. While furniture with historical value such as George Washington's death might be worth a great deal of money, ordinary items from the 19th and 20th centuries won't earn you much. For the most part, this is an incredibly niche product with few collectors and even fewer people that care to use their space a bunch of tin jars laying around their house.
