The film will follow a pompous food critic (Roth) and the earnest son-of-a-chef (Fernández) who must outcook, outrun, and outwit a ruthless queen-pin (Higareda Howes) in order to save the son’s family restaurant – and themselves. Oscar nominee and Grammy winner Germaine Franco ( Encanto) is aboard as composer, while casting director is Carla Hool ( Emilia Perez), and cinematographer will be Pedro Gómez Millán. Fenske, who has directed commercials for brands including Microsoft, Honda, British Airways and Las Vegas Tourism, added: “I’m thrilled to be bringing this cinematic comedy to life alongside our extraordinary cast and crew.
