Tim Robinson, Paul Rudd & Kate Mara Join ‘Friendship’ Comedy

Friendship is the first feature from director Andrew DeYoung, who also penned the script and is exec producing alongside Tracy Rosenblum. Recent credits for Mara include FX series Class of ’09 and A Teacher, as well as Phyllis Nagy’s abortion rights drama Call Jane. Nominated for an Emmy for his writing of Would It Kill You to Laugh?, a comedy special starring John Early and Kate Berlant, which he also directed and exec produced, De Young has also helmed episodes of Our Flag Means Death, PEN15, I Love That for You, Miracle Workers, Shrill, Dave and Netflix’s upcoming The Decameron.
