Tim Heidecker Announces New Music Album ‘Slipping Away’ (EXCLUSIVE)
Tim Heidecker will release a new album in October titled 'Slipping Away.'
Announcing the new record, Heidecker put out a music video for the lead single, “Well’s Running Dry,” about writer’s block — and aging. Described as his “warmest and fullest record to date,” “Slipping Away” was recorded with the Very Good Band — Eliana Athayde on bass, vocals and additional production; Josh Adams on drums; Vic Berger on keys; and Connor “Catfish” Gallaher on guitar and pedal steel. The album’s 10 songs “tap into universal anxieties, familiar settings, and, occasionally, a blast of apocalyptic unease,” per the press release.
