Tim Burton will direct remake of Attack of the 50 Foot Woman with Gillian Flynn penning script
Burton has been busy in recent years with projects including Beetlejuice Beetlejuice; the 2022 Netflix series Wednesday and the 2019 Disney movie Dumbo.
The logline for the film read, 'Turned into a giantess by an alien, a woman (Allison Hayes) finds her husband (William Hudson) in a bar with a floozy (Yvette Vickers).' Christopher Guest directed the 1993 remake, which included a supporting cast of Daniel Baldwin, Frances Fisher, Cristi Conaway and the late Paul Benedict. which starred Jack Nicholson, Annette Bening, Pierce Brosnan, Natalie Portman, Sarah Jessica Parker Danny DeVito and Michael J.
