Tim Allen, Kat Dennings ABC Comedy ‘Shifting Gears’ Casts Seann William Scott
Seann William Scott has joined the upcoming ABC comedy series "Shifting Gears," Variety has learned.
Scott will appear alongside series leads Tim Allen and Kat Dennings, as well as cast members Daryl “Chill” Mitchell, Maxwell Simkins, and Barrett Margolis. As previously announced, Allen stars in the series as Matt, “the stubborn, widowed owner of a classic car restoration shop,” per the official logline. He previously starred in the Fox mockumentary comedy “Welcome to Flatch” as well as the third season of Fox’s series adaptation of “Lethal Weapon.” He is primarily known for his work in films, including the two “Goon” movies, the “American Pie” franchise, “Role Models,” “Super Troopers 2,” “The Dukes of Hazzard,” and “Bloodline.” He most recently appeared in the action comedy “Jackpot” and will next be seen in the feature “Bad Man.”
