Ticketmaster investigated over Oasis sale as watchdog calls for evidence from fans
An investigation has been launched into Ticketmaster over the sale of tickets to Noel and Liam Gallagher's blockbuster Live '25 gigs - after more than 10million fans tried to get tickets on Saturday. The Competition and Markets authority said it would look at whether consumer protection law was breached and whether buyers were given clear, timely information.

The CMA cautioned people not to assume that Ticketmaster had broken consumer protection law and said it would engage with the ticketing giant.
