Thomas Jane To Headline Western ‘Frontier Crucible’ From ‘Bone Tomahawk’ Producer

Filming is due to get underway next month on the western from the Bone Tomahawk producer.

Also starring in the film will be Myles Clohessy ( The Pendragon Cycle), Eli Brown ( Run Hide Fight), Eddie Spears ( Yellowstone) and Zane Holtz ( Hunter Killer), singer/songwriter Jonah Kagen and Australian newcomer Mary Stickley. Pitched as Reservoir Dogs meets Bone Tomahawk(produced by Sonnier), and set in the Arizona Territory of the 1870s, the film will follow a former soldier (Clohessy) with a tragic past who is thrown into an uneasy alliance with three outlaws (led by Jane), a beautiful woman (Stickley), and her wounded husband (Brown), in an attempt to survive the elements and hostiles of the western frontier. Dallas Sonnier ( Bone Tomahawk) and Amanda Presmyk ( Run Hide Fight) are executive-producing for Bonfire Legend alongside Jane and his producing partner Courtney Lauren Penn for Renegade Entertainment, and Sefton Fincham ( Dragged Across Concrete).
