They say New York is the city that never sleeps, but there’s another hotspot with a bustling nightlife and thriving cultural scene much closer to home – Liverpool. The Halyard's leafy lobby (Image: The Halyard Liverpool Vignette Collection) We ate dinner at Voyagers Restaurant, which consisted of delicious small plates including chorizo in red wine, crispy fried chicken and triple-cooked chips with smoked sea salt. We then popped up to Gino D’Acampo’s 360 Sky Bar for cocktails and mocktails and enjoyed the amazing views of the River Mersey.
