While co-hosting the popular ITV programme with Craig Doyle, they sparked a conversation about dreams, prompting Bristol-born Josie to reveal her own battle with sleep paralysis to viewers. In a past discussion with Dr Sara Kayat, who was dishing out sleep advice to viewers, Josie had candidly admitted: "I'm so glad you're here. It's bad at the moment, isn't it, for a lot of people," prompting some words of wisdom from Dr Sara as she insisted: "So it is so important we get on top of this, absolutely."
