This Morning host Alison Hammond had to take a break from presenting the live show after a very energetic intro today

Dermot was then left to introduce what was coming up on the show, before the cameras returned to the pair a few minutes later, with Alison seeming to have regained her composure. Dermot took over as Alison caught her breath (Credit: ITV)He spoke over her as she presented her recipes and mocked her final dish, leaving viewers blasting him as “rude”.
