Cat Deeley has apologised to This Morning viewers for joking that she was 'having a seizure' whilst dancing to a Meghan Trainor song on Monday's This Morning episode

"First of all, I just wanted to apologise to anyone who was offended yesterday when I made a light-hearted comment about my dancing style, it really wasn't meant to cause any upset to anybody," she began.
