Following a dreamy Caribbean getaway with her fiancé George Smart, Lisa opened up about how she chooses to tackle any insecure thoughts, telling us, "I feel good in a bikini, but it's the most exposed we ever are. Lisa showed off the results of her hard work during their recent trip to the adults-only Sandals Saint Vincent and the Grenadines in the Caribbean, where they enjoyed a healthy balance of delicious local cocktails and exercise. As well as chatting about the topics with various celebs and specialists on her podcast We're Not Getting Any Younger with Andy Goldstein, she also turned the spotlight on her own experience in her 2023 book, Just Getting Started: All things Life, Love and Menopause, reports the Mirror.
