This Morning viewers were left horrified by a guest eating raw chicken on live TV as Cat Deeley cringed over him describing it as "squishy and slimy". Cat and co-host Ben Shephard spoke to Weston Rowe who called in from Nebraska to talk about his stomach-churning diet of raw meat for every meal which he claims has improved his health. Weston told how he eats around 2lb of raw meat a day, totalling 14lb a week, and said that it had helped him tackle health issues including skin problems, brain fog and fatigue.
