The Witcher season four first-look reveals Liam Hemsworth as Geralt of Rivia... after he replaced original star Henry Cavill
Hemsworth, 34, will take over for Henry Cavill as Geralt of Rivia in the fourth and fifth seasons of The Witcher, which will be its last two seasons.
A low growl that's forceful enough to make his hair flutter resounds, and the white-haired warrior slowly turns around to see the unseen creature, revealing Hemsworth's face and golden glowing eyes. According to an official synopsis provided by Netflix, season four finds Geralt, Yennefer (Anya Chalotra), and Ciri (Freya Allan) as they 'are faced with traversing the war-ravaged Continent and its many demons apart from each other.' The series' cast also features Joey Batey as Jaskier the bard, Cassie Clare as the sorceress Philippa Eilhart and Mahesh Jadu as the sorcerer Vilgefortz of Roggeveen.
