The Weeknd Crashes His Convertible, Goes Into the Light in ‘Dancing In the Flames’ Video


The Weeknd has released the single and music video "Dancing In The Flames," the lead single off his upcoming sixth album "Hurry Up Tomorrow."

The new video features the Weeknd driving a red convertible before it crashes, and the singer is plunged into rainfall and shards of glass. The Weeknd, real name Abel Tesfaye, first announced Hurry Up Tomorrow earlier in September, the final album in the trilogy that’s included 2020’s After Hours and 2022’s Dawn FM. When announcing the title for Hurry Up Tomorrow on September 4, Tesfaye had shared a cryptic message on social media regarding the trilogy’s conclusion.
