The Weather Channel Nabs ‘Rocky Mountain Wreckers’ Docuseries About Recovery Crews


The Weather Channel will launch docu series 'Rocky Mountain Wreckers' on April 13.

From the producers of “Highway Thru Hell” and “Heavy Rescue: 401,” which also air on Weather Channel, the weekly hourlong series aims to take viewers behind-the-scenes of what it’s like to work on a recovery crew in the Rocky Mountains. The official synopsis for the show reads: “From battling raging fires to managing hazardous spills, audiences will witness the high-stakes challenges faced by these professionals. Each episode immerses viewers in the adrenaline-filled lives of the recovery teams as they tackle wreckage with an impressive array of heavy equipment and unparalleled expertise — all while racing against the clock.”
