The reality TV villain, 36, revealed how he was forced to develop a 'thick skin as soon as possible' after becoming the butt of numerous jokes.
Saying: 'I was in a youth club minding my own business and someone came over and headbutted me' simply due to the colour of his hair' (Paul pictured as a teen) Magazine, Paul revealed the extent of his terrifying health ordeal which left him 'screaming and crying' in hospital after his lung collapsed during a tackle on the football pitch. Paul then explained there were complications regarding the painkillers he was on due to his body's reaction so recovery wasn't straight forward, but in the back of his mind he knew he had to get better before filming for The Traitors began.
