The Traitors star Andrew given 'second chance at life' after severe road accident

The Traitors star Andrew Jenkins has opened up about the severe road accident he was involved in, which left him in a coma for five weeks, having sustained 'horrific injuries'

The 45 year insurance broker spoke about the accident in Wednesday's (24 January) episode of The Traitors, saying he's been on a "huge journey" which has made him "determined" and "competitive". The 45 year old spoke about the severe road accident prior to The Traitors airing, revealing that his parents were told to "prepare for the worst" as doctors said he'd never walk or talk again, or even recognise his loved ones. Despite his injuries and doctor's predictions, Andrew appears to have fully recovered from the accident and last year had the opportunity to meet the man who saved his life.
