Kim Zolciak, 46, and Chet Hanks, 33, flirted outrageously with each other on Tuesday's episode of The Surreal Life on MTV.
Josie Canseco, 27, gave a sly smile while listening to Kim and Chet's exchange and the show's AI-style narrator Sloan also took notice. Johnny Weir, 40, remarked after Chet's performance that featured Tyler Posey, 32, playing guitar and Ally Brooke, 31, on backup vocals. Ally later opened up herself about the heavy pressure she felt to maintain a perfect image while performing with Fifth Harmony and inappropriate behavior she encountered in the music industry.
