A former employee of The Simpsons creator Matt Groening claims in a new lawsuit that he and his wife failed to prevent another employee at their Santa Monica estate from sexually assaulting her

Based on animated shorts he made for The Tracey Ullman Show in 1987, Groening created The Simpsons for Fox in 1989 Additionally, the Emmy Award winner shares sons Homer and Abe with ex-wife Deborah Caplan, to whom he was married from 1986 to 1999. The lawsuit says Groening and Picasso, 47, 'failed to act' when a fellow employee was sexually assaulting Scotto, who worked as their property manager
