The Siblings of Latin Music: Ha*Ash, Mau y Ricky, Los Dos Carnales & More
From the ranks of Los Temerarios to the emerging Los Esquivel, check out some of the notable siblings of Latin music on Billoard.
The Colombian-based duo is known for pop-urban bops such as “Por Fin Te Encontre,” “Locura” and the Danna Paola-assisted “Nada.” Besides singing, the latter is a Latin Grammy producer of the year winner, even co-producing Luis Fonsi’s and Daddy Yankee’s globe-conquering smash “Despacito.” Las Villa, helmed by Colombian twins Laura and Lucía, made their debut in 2019 with “Nadita.” Signed to Warner Music Latina, the duo collaborated with Latin hitmaker Tainy on “Si La Vez,” featured on his 2020 Neon16 Tape album. Born in Monterrey, Nuevo León, Los Esquivel — made up of brothers Sebastian and Eugenio — represents the new era of corridos, meshing it with an innovative trap sound.
