Ambika Mod (left) stars as Emma 'Em' Morley, a chippy working-class northerner, alongside Leo Woodall (right) who plays Dexter 'Dex' Mayhew, a pampered southern toff Set around a Dublin family embroiled in a bloody gangland war, Irish drama Kin has left British viewers hooked since first airing on the BBC in November last year. Based on the acclaimed 1975 novel by James Clavell, the 10-epiosde series features brutal beheadings, people boiled alive and sliced open with katanas - with fans already celebrating it as one of the most blood-thirsty smash hits of the year.
