The father-of-four has been posing for photographs demonstrating his hectic schedule at the gym - performing a series of press ups and pull ups.
And ahead of marking the milestone, David Beckham has been stripping off to showcase his incredibly ripped physique in a series of shoots for Men's Health magazine. David commits to a variety of workouts throughout the week, typically alternating between high-intensity interval training (HITT) and running, sometimes while wearing a weighted vest for extra challenge. Friday is a little more relaxed, consisting of a 20-to-30-minute session on the treadmill, sometimes supplemente with yoga, rock climbing, or mixed martial arts alongside his normal 'fitness snacking'.
