Officials with the Horry County Sheriff's said that Guiry was taken into custody June 2 in connection with assault, disorderly conduct and malicious damage.
Actor Thomas Guiry, best known for playing the role of Scotty Smalls in the 1993 comedy The Sandlot, was arrested earlier this month in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina in connection with a series of violent incidents involving his neighbor. Surveillance footage of the incident published by the outlet showed Guiry launching a dumbbell estimated to weight 35 pounds at the window of a white Jeep in his neighbor's driveway, cracking the windshield.
