The Repair Shop's Jay Blades 'axed from live tour' after coercive behaviour charges

The Repair Shop presenter Jay Blades has been charged with controlling and coercive behaviour towards his estranged wife Lisa Zbozen and has now reportedly been axed from the show's tour.

According to The Sun, Jay has been discreetly removed from The Repair Shop's theatre performances, Secrets from the Barn, and is no longer featured in its promotional content. A statement was issued by the police last month which read: "Fifty-four year-old Jason Blades of Claverley in Wolverhampton has been charged with controlling and coercive behaviour." A source recently said of his future on TV: "The Beeb won't feature any new shows in which he appears until it is clear how legal proceedings conclude."
