One of The Repair Shop's resident fixers has opened up about a tear-jerking and 'emotional' fix on the programme that always sticks in his mind.
Quentin Long brought the ornament into the show's iconic barn with his stepson Tim Stockwell - whose son Miles bought his grandfather the charming decoration in 2014. He adds that there have been many other 'amazing fixes,' naming Jack Laugher’s gold and silver Olympic medals, Paul McCartney’s platinum records, and The Oman spice trunk. It comes just after the news that the show's main presenter Jay Blades is 'taking a break' from filming following his shock marriage split from his wife Lisa-Marie Zbozen (pictured above in September 2023)
