Jay Blades: A Country House Through Time is the latest in a string of new factual programmes the presenter is hosting, and will see the presenter explore a series of stately homes.
The Repair Shop host Jay Blades has revealed he will front a new Channel 5 series where he will explore the rich tapestry of a country house's history The first episode sees Jay head to Trafalgar Square in a traditional black cab before travelling to St Martins-in-the Field Church, where he learns about an exciting historical discovery. 'The BBC fully expect Jay to return but they won't be rushing or pushing him to come back before he is ready and he'll be given the space to sort things out and get his head straight.'
