The Repair Shop dropped in shock shake up - as Jay Blades 'takes step back' from the show
The Repair Shop finale has been taken from its original spot in the TV schedule due to a huge shake up on BBC One, in order to make room for two D-Day programmes
The 13th series of the hit programme began airing in April was scheduled to draw to a close on Wednesday, 5 June at 8pm This programme will feature the 4,600 headstones of those that fell on D-Day as they are individually illuminated across the Bayeux War Cemetery to commemorate the 80th anniversary. The finale will now air on 12 May (Image: BBC / Ricochet)However, presenter Jay, 54, has reportedly been absent from filming after some tough times in his personal life.
