Netflix is taking Noah Centineo out of the field, cancelling 'The Recruit' after two seasons, TVLine has confirmed.

The news was announced Wednesday by cast member Colton Dunn, who shared this damning message with fans via social media: “The Recruit has been cancelled yall. Series creator Alexi Hawley later confirmed the cancellation in a lengthy Bluesky post on Wednesday night, writing, “Is two seasons and a movie a thing? Along with Centineo and Dunn, the show’s second season also starred Teo Yoo, Aarti Mann, Fivel Stewart, Kristian Bruun, Kaylah Zander, Maddie Hasson, Angel Parker and Vondie Curtis-Hall.
