While a number of stars have had their filler removed to achieve a more natural look, others have reverted back with Love Island Faye Winter declaring it was a 'shock to the system' it was dissolved. Love Island star Olivia Attwood has spoken openly about the cosmetic procedures she gets and admitted she overdid lip filler at one point.
