The REAL reason Coldplay performed only in Perth last year as Chris Martin fails to mention multimillion-dollar detail

A shock theory as to the real reason Coldplay only performed in Perth when they visited Australia last year has been revealed.

But it's been a long time between Aussie east coast gigs for the Yellow hitmakers who last hit Brisbane, Melbourne, and Sydney for their 2016 A Head Full Of Dreams Tour. Chris went on to claim the reason he had avoided Australia's east coast was due to a negative review of the band's December 2016 performance at Brisbane's Suncorp stadium. In a career first, lead singer Chris Martin announced the band would be playing their first show in Melbourne's Marvel Stadium without bassist Guy Berryman after he was struck down by an illness.
