The 47 year old mum-of-three posted an adorable video on Instagram of Teddy exploring the BBC Broadcasting House, hand-in-hand with his mum. As adults we know only too well how during those dark, lonely hours of the night when you imagine the rest of the world is sleeping your worries and anxieties take on mega proportions.
