The One Show guest panics live on air as he fears he spoiled new ITV drama
The Tower stars Gemma Whelan and Jimmy Akingbola appeared on The One Show on Friday evening to promote the upcoming series - but one of the actor's had a bit of a blunder
Chatting about the ITV drama that delves into a police unit tackling various crimes in a London suburb, Jimmy was asked by Alex Scott what cases the pair would be investigating. Jimmy then elaborated: "Season two, basically Kieran Shaw asked Steve Bradshaw (Akingbola) 'Would you go undercover to try and bring down Shaquille', which is the main guy on the street. The ITV drama features Gemma Whelan as DS Sarah Collins, Tahirah Sharif as Lizzie Adama, Jimmy Akingbola as DC Steve Bradshaw and Emmett J. Scanlan as Inspector Kieran Shaw.
