Fans of hit Christmas film The Holiday have been left shocked after director Nancy Meyers admitted that the movie wasn't initially intended to be a festive film
One title which has remained popular since its release in 2006 is The Holiday, starring Cameron Diaz, Jude Law, Kate Winslet, Jack Black and several other high profile actors. Nancy admitted that rewatching the popular movie made her realise that the festive period is actually a "good time" for the characters in The Holiday to deal with their issues. The director took to Instagram to share a clip of her meeting with Jude, sending fans of the 2006 festive film wild in the comments.
