The Hive Studio opens a Greek branch with Animasyros to boost Mediterranean animation, co-productions and talent via courses and incentives.
Renowned animation powerhouse The Hive Studio, best known for co-producing Tal Kantor’s Oscar-nominated short “Letter to a Pig,” has officially launched a new European outpost in Greece. The Hive Greece, established in partnership with Athens-based Animasyros Productions, aims to bring together Southern Mediterranean talent and enhance cross-European animation co-productions. In addition to production, The Hive Greece will offer animation courses to nurture emerging talent, beginning with a specialized Toon Boom masterclass.
