Like Joan, Chock experienced losing a partner after his fiancée Katherine “Kathy” Elizabeth White Goree died from brain cancer in January 2022. Chock mourned the loss of his late fiancée by writing a beautiful tribute to her via Facebook shortly after her death in January 2022.
