The Chase star Paul Sinha has explained how he wants to inspire others about coping with Parkinson's after he was diagnosed aged 49.

The TV personality also said his role on the quizzing game helps him measure Parkinson's progression as he admitted, luckily, his abilities haven't worsened since the diagnosis. Paul is no longer able drive or dance amid his Parkinson's battle and is now more dependent on his husband, he has revealed (pictured together in 2022 at Ethnicity Awards) It causes muscle stiffness, slowness of movement, tremors, sleep disturbance, chronic fatigue, an impaired quality of life and can lead to severe disability.
