The BRIT Awards 'woke' menu revealed: A look at the luxurious food the A-listers are being served - including a 'reduced carbon main course'
The star-studded event is taking place once again at London's O2 Arena with the trophy this year designed by the talented Gabriel Moses.
First they are served a very fancy Lincolnshire celeriac and oyster leaf mousse peal, fermented beetroot and apple carpaccio, alongside nettle emulsion, sea vegetables and seaweed caviar. Next, the first main on offer is a Home Counties shawarma spiced venison, haunch stuffed hispi cabbage, harlic, miso and herb cream, XO sauce, and shoestring fries. Following her racy performance to open the ceremony, Sabrina Carpenter, 25, also landed her first BRIT when she scooped the special Global Success Award, presented by Stranger Things star Millie Bobby Brown, 21.
