Just call them The Boys of summer: Season 4 of Prime Video ‘s hit comic book series will premiere Thursday, June 13, with its first three episodes, the streamer has announced. The upcoming eight-episode season finds the world “on the brink,” while “Victoria Neuman is closer than ever to the Oval Office and under the muscly thumb of Homelander, who is consolidating his power,” reads the official synopsis. In an interview with TVLine, showrunner Eric Kripke revealed that recent events on the spinoff Gen V, particularly Butcher discovering the nefarious secret program The Woods and the virus that can kill supes, which is currently in Victoria’s possession, will “be a big Season 4 storyline.”
