The Block insider drops couple 'split' bombshell as producer of renovation TV hit confirms one team will dramatically quit the series

The Block may see a couple break up before the show wraps this year according to an insider, as a producer confirmed one team throw in the towel just five weeks in.

Now, a source inside the Channel Nine renovation hit has exclusively told Daily Mail Australia on Wednesday at least one of the couples may split before the auction. Rumours of a couple splitting on the show comes after executive producer Julian Cress confirmed on Wednesday one team will leave the series in week five. While it hasn't been confirmed yet which team will walk off site for good, Julian insisted the couple remain appreciative of Network Nine for the opportunity.
