The Bachelor's Colton Underwood says his low sperm count was a 'blow to the ego' - as he and husband Jordan C. Brown undergo tests with their surrogate

The 32-year-old former star of The Bachelor and his husband Jordan C. Brown, 41, are currently on a fertility journey as they are seeking to welcome a child together months after wedding.

He told People magazine on Wednesday: 'I think outside of the LGBTQ+ matters — the obvious discrimination and what's at stake for us — straight couples too, need to stop putting the blame on the women. He found that exercising more than four times a week has an adverse effect on sperm in addition to hot tub and sauna sessions and he also was taking a synthetic testosterone during his football career days. After Colton had adequate sperm to contribute the couple moved on in the process and created embryos so the star can go back to his routine 'in moderation.'
