Chris Elliot is most known for his film roles in Groundhog Day and There’s Something About Mary, as well as his recurring TV performances on popular shows, including Everybody Loves Raymond and How I Met Your Mother. Though he is most known for his portrayal of annoying insurance salesman Ned Ryerson in Groundhog Day, Stephen Tobolowsky has also starred in the TV series Glee and Californication.
